Patient Satisfaction Benchmarking

General

Operator Members participating in the Financial and Productivity program for acute care are eligible for the Patient Satisfaction Program. HFM supplies the questionnaire and members report their results on a calendar quarter.

Results are provided to participants indicating the score achieved compared to peers. The results also include operational breakouts to recognize differences when patient meals are ordered, delivered and served by food service department personnel versus other facility staff. Satisfaction scores are also related to financial and productivity results achieved in the EXPRESS™ Acute Care Financial and Productivity Benchmarking Program.
