Culinology® Webinar "Culinology® & the Future of America's Kitchens" Topic: Whether it's food product development, manufacturing, healthcare, fine dining, or casual dining, Culinology® is at work in your kitchen. Coined by the Research Chefs Association (RCA), Culinology® is the relatively new term that describes and formalizes the fusion of two disciplines - culinary art and food technology. Moderated by Tim Bauman, the director of food and nutrition services at Wood County Hospital in Bowling Green, OH, a distinguished panel of food industry experts will explore the increasing role of Culinology® in their own kitchens and how this emerging expertise is defining the future of food. This Webinar is being presented in cooperation with the RCA.
