Mark your calendars now for HFM's second advanced learning symposium, which is being sponsored by Aladdin and once again held in conjunction with Penn State University! The inaugural symposium was taught by faculty from PSU's Hospitality Leadership Institute (HLI) and held in the spring of 2007.

The first symposium was a huge success and next year's event is expected to be even better! This exclusive event will only be able to accommodate 60 attendees, so be sure to save the date. Look for registration information on the HFM Web site soon!

The symposium is being presented by HFM, the American Society for Healthcare Food Service Administrators (ASHFSA) and the American Dietetic Association (ADA) dietary practice group, Management in Food and Nutrition Systems (MFNS).
