Congratulations to HFM operator Mary Spicer whose facility has won one of the industry's most coveted accolade, Restaurants & Institutions' Ivy Award!

The Presbyterian Hospital of Plano in Plano, TX, at which Mary is the director of nutrition services, was one of 90 other restaurant and foodservice facilities, including fine dining, hotels and noncommercial operations from around the country, nominated for this year's award.

The Ivy Awards are given annually to foodservice operations that demonstrate the highest standards of excellence in food, service and overall hospitality.
