I have attached the Zoom link for those that missed the meeting for those students that will starting school virtually. Please watch the video for all information that is needed to start the school year on Monday August 31st for 6th grade and 8th Grade on Wednesday September 2nd. With in the meeting we spoke about expectations, uniform, class dojo, google classroom and zoom information for class. If you have any questions please feel free to contact any of the teachers and we will try to make this transition to the start of the school year as easy as we can. Please have patience with us as we will extend the same courtesy to you. Let's have a great school year.

vroom white people hello everybody hello hello hello can everybody hear me you all hopefully you all can hear me I was just so you all know we're waiting for everyone to get on him again this is a meeting for these virtual students only so if you are virtual needs to be almost call only those of you that will be virtual should be on the call waiting for mr. Bravo if you want to see him everyone 780 la-16 we have Middle School teachers we have six grade is broken up into two sections 7th grade is also broken up into two sections and is one eighth grade classroom all of the virtual 6th graders will be in one classroom that will be my home will be with Miss Davis and obviously all the 8th graders will be with mr. Lambert on the way that we are doing this is at we will be switching classroom only the teachers so you don't have to worry about that will go more in-depth into that the teachers will be rotating you all will not be have to worry about rotating we're going to do one Zumba class so you won't have to login to if you're in my homeroom you'll just be you'll just have one Zoom class for the entire day the way it will work is that you must be on you must be on the zoom by in the morning you must be on at 9 we are taking attendance attendance will be taken in the morning if you are late you will be late call me if you are late you are late headphones hello can you hear me I have one two three can you hear me if you can hear me or anything let me know I have some people say that they can having some people can't hear me yeah all right yes so you have to be online we will be doing late and I please don't be late cuz you know we don't want parents to get a fine so you won't be you have to be in uniform you have to be a uniform just because you're at home does that mean that you do not have to be in uniform the good thing about this now is that you don't all you need to have is all of the other. Which is your white shirt and your red sweatshirt or sweater for this I'm not worried about if you have your school just make sure that we can see from the shoulders that we can see you it is a must that you have your camera on at all times when you're in class when you're in class you must have you must have your computer on and camera on at all times he will be racing during those braces when you get up you need you are in school just because you're at home and does not mean that you could get up and walk away from the computer at any time for asking. Please make sure that during the time of the eruption there's nothing that will distract them from online learning this is going to be a challenge because we are doing both online and in-person so I and all the other teachers will be teaching at the same time so we have ta that will be in the classroom that will be working with the virtual children as well so that will make sure that no one gets Lost in Translation that is one of the biggest crop one of the biggest issues that we do not want we had kids online and they have questions and no one is answering those questions so we will make sure that there's someone with the virtual learning is making sure they need any additional that we have someone with them play GTA and we have a new see a missed call 6 + 717 so we can start time will be 9 if it has to be pushed up because we are doing SEL is scl make sure that you're on by nine attendants make sure that you have your Holy Family gear on at the top so if you want basketball shorts whatever is just so you know pants are required for online learning okay I'll let Miss Davis come in good morning it is important that when you are online that you be courteous just like you would in the classroom so we asking all students if you have questions that you going to raise your hand or you going to put it teacher can go back please you must be muted because we do not want you to interrupt the teacher while she's walking it is important that you stay focused you are in the car even though your virtual so you can ask questions you're allowed to answer questions also if you need help you must be willing to ask for it no question is a dumb question undone parents if you need to email us if we don't get back to you right away will get back to you as soon as possible remember students We Made You it is important to do your best and what you doing if you need to help someone don't just give them the answers help them out show them how to get it because if you just giving answers they're still going to be able to know how to do okay so I'm going to talk about ClassDojo and what that's going to look most of you know most of you had it before the way it looked was that you received five points for Dojo is the exact same thing all virtual students be held accountable for their behavior for their presentation for their attendance inside so all students will be able to receive ClassDojo point technology it is for virtual learning especially it is imperative parents that you are checking the following your email the website Class Dojo and Google Classroom okay these are the four ways that we will be communicating Google Classroom is more so for the student so that's where all of this Google classroom they can look on with their kids and help them as such the website will be more so for letters by a parent notices schedule schedule change anything any new alerts any new information will be on the website if you haven't checked that out already please make sure you go to the HSM website the username again and the password is our thing tonight on time on that page you can see a little bit about each teacher our expectations class schedules and supply list everybody looking forward to seeing you on Monday for class by those you that I 5th and 6th grade and then Wednesday 7 a.m. to reports in, I want to really recommend to everybody that you try to have a space at dad is going to be your learning space and I recommended not be your bed I feel like you know when we had class in the spring and people sometimes happening they have emojis over their faces and they would have to be laying in their beds and they would have there are there cameras turned off iMessage Vernon said we want to see you we want to see you working when I see you your I want to see that you're listening and learning we want you to be ready to go and so that's why you're being asked to wear your uniform that's why you're being an  do you sit at a station that we can see you because we want to be able to ask questions and be dressed appropriately for being at school so don't see what I can see right now that I see like 5 to Amazon I hope that makes sense and that's something you can do all right I think we've touched on most of the expectations at work 4 from an hour schedules will be posted and the schedule tell you what you have each class. Schedule will be posted on the FM. today today we can do that pretty easily I also will probably set up some email to the 8th graders with their schedule as well but and realize that virtue learners and you don't want an upgrade so we need to make sure that we're working hard to get all of our task completed submitted and then we will do our job to graded get it back if there's any question will you please type them in the in the chat area the schedule we will be doing Zoom so each homeroom teacher will be sending will be sending an email out to those virtual students in you have the link that you'll be logging on to fill as I said there will only be one link for the classroom that she will say because I said students themselves are not rotating I will be using one for each race 06 be my past I will be sending those students that are virtual I will be sending you all a link through email if you have I also will be putting that information on my Dojo as well if you have any questions about the school year because this is not that we are going to have a lot of things along the way especially when it comes to both virtual and in-person any wants to be like the first week or two we're going to just try to figure things out get to know each other and just do the best that we can do again you must be online if you are late you will be marked late if you aren't we have class dojo we will be taking those attendance via ClassDojo you still will be getting points via dojo you still if you're at home and you win something that should be sent home last chance to come pick it up if we're doing that TDS at that time but just because you're a does not mean that you will not be interacting in our school setting as well Dojo Dojo that'll be a great way to keep up with if you have someone else watching all your Scholars while you're at work that's a good way to keep to make sure that you know they're in class on time or if they're doing anything that they're not supposed to be doing I'm very like from me I love Dojo I love to click to make sure and I send messages disappearing snow especially with the first real chance we'll have to keep a lot of communication between the  and the teachers no time needed cuz you all are at home make sure you have your Holy Family white T-shirt comfortable with please make sure that you are not laying in bed ladies please don't come to class with a bonnet on please come to school for peer come to school dressed as you would if you were in person yeah sorry I was coming to ask you a question about Choice there is no choice this year the only thing that they will have will be music and art and PE and those teachers but miss Henderson will be coming into the classroom for art music so there's no choice there's no  this year on fortunately those things will be reassessed next semester and Jane also and going along with the classes the way that is being that we're going to do it is that during instruction time we asked students when doing individual students can get up you may turn your camera if we if I say hey you know what that is now is the time for the wrestler.
