Dear Friends,

For nearly 40 years, Holy Family Ministries has served children and families on Chicago’s West Side, providing academic and spiritual nourishment during students’ formative years. We offer robust programs inside and outside the classroom that help students excel academically, grow spiritually, expand life experiences, and become exceptional leaders. 

From preschool enrichment programming, to our K-8 school, to before- and after-school as well as summer offerings, to peace-informed leadership development for high schoolers and young adults—Holy Family helps foster a love of life. And we believe that when students fall in love with life they can handle all that life throws at them.

Undergirding these faith-based efforts is a firm belief that education is the key to unlocking hope and possibility for youth in some of Chicago’s most historically underserved communities. Our mission is urgent and worthy, and we are seeing much fruit come to bear through a strong network of alumni accomplishing incredible things in their early adulthood.

This life-shaping work is possible because of a growing community of deeply invested volunteers, donors, students, parents, family members, and community advocates. We are so thankful. Together, we are working toward a day when the neighborhoods we serve are known for producing world-class leaders.
