André Gill, Director of Admissions & Enrollment Management

André Gill is Holy Family Ministries' new Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management, bringing over 20 years of expertise across elementary, secondary, post-secondary, and professional school levels. A commitment to strategic enrollment and diversity initiatives distinguishes his career. André launched his admissions career at the University of Michigan, where he was instrumental in recruiting one of the largest, most competitive, and most diverse first-year classes in the university's history following a pivotal US Supreme Court decision.

After earning his MBA, André applied his expertise as a consultant with Stratus Group Consultants, significantly improving the diversity climate for several major institutions through innovative strategies. He then continued his success at the Leeds School of Business in Boulder, Colorado, where his targeted outreach and sophisticated communication plans were critical in achieving 100% enrollment for all the school's programs. Before joining Holy Family, André founded and operated Gill Admissions Consulting Firm. He holds a BA in History from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance from Lawrence Technological University.

Dwayne Scott, Dean of Climate & Culture

Dwayne Scott is Holy Family Ministries' new Dean of Climate & Culture, bringing nearly 10 years of experience in education and youth development. Dwayne has dedicated his career to shaping and transforming the lives of young people across Chicago. His extensive background spans leadership, student support, and community engagement. Before joining Holy Family School, he served in key roles, including Dean of Discipline at North Lawndale College Prep and Family Support Specialist and Community in Schools Coordinator at the Carole Robertson Center for Learning.

Now, as the Dean of Climate & Culture at Holy Family School, Dwayne continues his mission of fostering equitable, inclusive, and empowering environments where every student can thrive. Guided by the principle “Whatever you are, be a good one,” he approaches his work with authenticity, compassion, and excellence, aiming to cultivate a supportive, positive culture for the entire Holy Family community.
