I'm Joy Moffatt's I am the mother of three Holy Family graduate their names are Lauren Sanderson Jr Nicole Henderson and Nakiyah Hoover North Lawndale is is it is very rough especially with the school's I believe there's a lot of gun violence there's a lot of people that are on drugs that I just found out and then just hanging around when your child is at Holy Family they don't they don't feel the the Rough Side of the community we're family here you know everyone is protected here we're Christian School even when we go out to recess do you have to act as a angel you have to conduct yourself as a Christian if I were to pick three words to describe Holy Family CeraVe loving caring and optimistic to somebody that was holy family I would say it's definitely you're making a good choice because they not only have great academics they really care about you and I have great Sports and it's a really fun School the special things I've learned at Holy Family was to treat each other as family although we're students and we're learning but there's also love and caring that you have to give to your neighbor so that you know you guys can grow as a neighborhood grow as a community not only separately or solo but to be together they help my face get stronger every Wednesday on Chapel the story The Chapel Reflections the religious Studies classes that we had for middle school after Chapel they gave me my stronger Foundation to grow as a Christian you know to pray and something God into the repente know something that was imperative when I got to high school I had to take a minute and ask myself light is this it cuz height me Holy Family prepared me for everything that you know that ahead and store it and I am a freshman at the University of Illinois Urbana pain on a full-ride Chick Evans scholarship of course I could still take some Holy Family lessons and I will definitely use those for now and even to you know the rest of my life on the offers amazing amazing amazing kids come out of here we pay tuition and I must say I do not have a problem with intuition here is to be honest is well worth the tuition there to pay because academic-wise your children come out thank you a million times thank you because you just don't know how much you've helped us a lot of times I may have not had though the full funds that I need but with the donors help and with everybody just caring about your child's education and caring about your child being in a safe environment it really means a lot to get the help from donors to the donors that I really appreciate every single time every single minute that you put into Holy Family why we wouldn't have a library computer lab or art classes and I really appreciate every single thing to you given to us I wouldn't forget holy family I wouldn't forget what school has starting meal Highway and what help me to see will help me be a go-getter I will always donate always visit always email always call because I am very grateful and very thankful for all of the time they put and not only to me but to my family all of their donations I go unnoticed and I wants I would like to thank them so much for all the work that they put into the school I want you to know that your money was definitely not wasted like a motivation there are people that actually want us to see thank you from your someone that is now going off to college and like I said earlier I feel totally ready to go into college confidence Ed with no nerve I want to say thank you for giving me that that Foundation to do such a b this school has really and power so many kids to the fact that they want to keep going and they want to keep trying to do good you look outside you don't really see a neighborhood that's you know have a mindset of you know I want to do good in the city I want to do good know where I want to do good for my life and with Holy Family you have that the chair you have that when you step through the doors it's a new and used to a new neighborhood I can say new family
